point Born in Shkodër in 1990 to ambitious parents who invested in languages, music and sports. From age 6 to 20, I was a national champion for 14 straight years, representing Albania across Europe and at the Youth Olympic Games. In Pursuit of New Opportunities Early Career After finishing university and closing my sports career, I followed the path of many young Albanians and emigrated to Italy in 2011. I started out working full time as a waiter while also coaching a football team part-time. Every job was a different system to understand: how people, incentives, and structures actually work. ACADEMY KNOWLEDGE PURSUIT While building and running my own construction firm, I completed my postgraduate professional studies, earning an MSc alongside full-time work. Studying and managing a business at the same time taught me how to apply theory directly to real decisions.

In 2019 I left Italy for Australia to deepen my education in finance and business. It gave me the commercial and analytical foundation that became the analytical foundation behind every capital structure I design today.

Before designing structures, I learned how they are built: from the ground level, across borders, one job at a time. That foundation became my first company, and five years of running it taught me what no classroom could. BUSINESS FIRST STEP

From Australia I moved to Dubai and over 100 residential and commercial units across the UAE and Saudi Arabia: the operational base that later became the foundation for a broader capital architecture. REAL ESTATE DUBAI

At its core is NanoScan: an AI engine that scans contracts and investment agreements to detect hidden risk before it becomes loss.
